Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation. By booking or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be charged at the confirmed rate.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures unless otherwise stated.

4. Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property.
  • Extra guests may be charged additional fees.
  • Visitors must obtain prior approval from the management.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the property.
  • Illegal activities, abusive behavior, or disturbance of public peace are strictly prohibited.

6. Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, equipment, or other property during their stay.
  • The management reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs for any damage.

7. Swimming Pool & Recreational Facilities

  • Use all facilities at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Appropriate swimwear is required in the swimming pool.
  • Glass bottles, sharp objects, and unsafe behavior are prohibited in and around the pool.

8. Safety & Security

  • Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
  • The management is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
  • CCTV surveillance may be in operation in common areas for safety and security purposes.

9. Pets

  • Pets are permitted only if specifically allowed at the time of booking.
  • Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets' behavior, cleanliness, and any damage caused.

10. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Consumption of alcohol must comply with applicable laws and property rules.
  • Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.

11. Events & Parties

  • Events, parties, and gatherings require prior written approval from the management.
  • Additional charges and security deposits may apply.
  • Liquor permission is required for the consumption of alcohol inside the venue for gatherings of more than 30 people.

12. Right to Refuse Service

  • The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that endangers the safety, comfort, or property of others.

13. Privacy

  • Guest information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will only be used for reservation, operational, legal, and communication purposes.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the property is located. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.

15. Acceptance

  • By making a reservation, completing payment, or staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
